we’re reaching out to let you know that this
award-winning tool suite is getting a makeover.
Its new name:
Intel® oneAPI Base & HPC Toolkit, a combination
of the Intel® oneAPI Base Toolkit and the Intel®
oneAPI HPC Toolkit that is upward-compatible with
current and previous Intel Parallel Studio XE
Editions. |

Why the transition? |
|
|
|
|
| |
Because it’s a
better, more powerful tool suite for today’s
high-performance computing technologies—AI, machine
learning, deep learning, and more. It’s also part of
the Intel-led oneAPI initiative, a new era of
accelerated, cross-architecture computing that
includes Intel® oneAPI Toolkits that support the
next generation of standards-based, non-proprietary
programming.
With the new combined toolkit, you’ll get the latest
versions of the tools and libraries you’ve been
using, PLUS you’ll get many more optimized for
building and deploying performant, data-centric
applications across CPUs, GPUs, and FPGAs. |

If you’re on active
software support, you will continue to receive
support for Intel Parallel Studio XE Editions
through the term of the active support period.
You also can choose to upgrade to the new Intel
oneAPI Base & HPC Toolkit product and receive the
same level of support as you did with Intel Parallel
Studio XE. Here’s how:

Sign into the
Intel Registration Center.

Under the “Products List” tab, find your Parallel Studio
product and click on “Upgrade Now”.

You will receive an email containing a link that will
establish your new (upgraded) product credentials in the
Intel Registration Center.
-
Product support will then be established for the Intel
oneAPI Base & HPC Toolkit; it will continue through the term
of your current active-support period.

Renewal Promotional
Offers |

Select Intel Parallel
Studio XE users may have renewal promotional offers
available. To check, do the following:

Sign into the Intel Registration Center.

Under the “Products List” tab, find your Parallel Studio
product and click on “Renew” to see the list of any current
renewal promotions.

Alternatively, you may contact our sales representative to
find out if promotional offers are available to you.

Licensing |

Existing software
licenses files continue to be available in the Intel
Registration Center and enable you to use all of the
Intel® Software Products you are entitled
to—including the new oneAPI Base & HPC Toolkit.
NOTE: Intel® oneAPI Toolkits do not require license
files, and the terms of use are based on the
purchased product with support and
End User License Agreement. For information on
