All-In-One Bundle for Getting Started with CAN XL
ESS excited to announce the launch of the PCAN-XL Starter Bundle—a comprehensive, all-in-one package designed to help you get started with the new CAN XL (Controller Area Network eXtra Long) standard.
Designed for transmitting large data
streams and cooperating with Automotive
Ethernet, the new standard CAN XL offers
data bit rates up to 20 Mbit/s combined
with up to 2048 data bytes per frame.
Peak's PCAN-XL Starter Bundle provides all
you need to get started with CAN XL.
The CAN interface PCAN-USB XL ensures an uncomplicated connection to CAN XL, CAN FD, and CAN CC buses via the USB port of a computer. Galvanic isolation of up to 500 Volts decouples the PC from the CAN bus. With its compact plastic casing, it is ideal for mobile applications.
The bundle contains one or two PCAN-USB XL, our new USB to CAN XL interface for connecting Windows computers to CAN XL buses. With the Early Access edition of the professional Windows software PCAN-Explorer 7, users can analyze, generate, and record CAN XL data traffic. The new version of the PCAN-Basic programming interface for Windows enables developers to add a CAN XL connection to their software and to receive and send CAN XL messages.
